Product Description: TENS is a non-pharmacological, non-invasive method of pain relief, which stimulates the perceptual nerves by means of a mild microcurrent (usually less than 25 microcoulombs per unit of time) to block the transmission of nociceptive nerve signals to achieve pain relief.

EMS is Electrical Muscle Stimulation, used as a passive exercise technique to stimulate muscles, assist in muscle strengthening, prevent disuse muscle atrophy, increase local blood circulation, muscle relaxation and toning, and achieve the purpose of muscle recovery and conditioning.

Warnings: 1) DO NOT apply over areas of known Cancer as it may risk spreading the cancer cells through enhanced blood flow. 2) DO NOT apply to patients with known Heart Disease, heart failure, or arrhythmias as it may adversely affect these disease conditions. 3) DO NOT apply over or close to areas if you have AFib or where an electronic device is implanted (pacemaker, neurostimulator, bone growth stimulator, defibrillator, etc). 4) DO NOT use during Pregnancy.

Intensity Adjustment: Press '-/+' to adjust the intensity. (Only the port connected well and pads pasted on your body, could you adjust the intensity.)

Using the 1/4 Cable: When using the 1/4 wire, you could use 2 pads or 4 pads at the same time. If you use 2 pads, please make sure they are connected on the same wire with 1 pad for the white snap and 1 pad for the blue snap.
